PICSIL magnesia blocks are made of fine magnesium carbonate powder. It absorbs moisture from the sweaty hands and thus improves the grip on the bar.
The powder serves as an additional layer between skin and iron. It thus protects against friction through the bar and prevents bubbles from forming.
During production, the fine magnesium carbonate powder is compressed into solid blocks. Dust formation when rubbing the powder on the palms of the hands is thus reduced to a minimum.
The magnesium carbonate blocks can be used in many ways. For example in weightlifting, powerlifting or also for crosstraining.
Each package contains 8 blocks of 57 g each.
