It is recommended to rub the bandages every 2 months with a dry cloth and 2-3 drops of Onyx oil.
We ship on business days from Monday – Friday. We do not ship on weekends and public holidays. Orders received over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the following business day.
If there is an increased order volume due to promotional days, processing after a weekend or holiday may take up to 3 business days.

One or more items do not fit or you do not like it anymore? You ordered the wrong item by mistake and now you want to return it?
However, if something does not fit 100%, you can return the goods to us in their original condition within 14* days. We will either refund the money or exchange the goods.
Please note that we CANNOT cover the shipping costs for the return shipment.
In the event of an exchange, you bear the costs for the return shipment; we will pay the shipping costs for the exchange item(s).

Onyx wrist wraps are available as low-riders (narrow design) and high-tops (wide design). The two versions differ in width, that is, the area they cover on the wrist.
Both variants consist of two layers of leather. The bottom layer is made of soft suede that hugs the skin to prevent slipping.
All Onyx wrist wraps feature a roller buckle for super easy tightening and loosening.
Depending on the type of leather there are different support thicknesses (1-soft to 5-stiff.) The SUPPORTMETER shows you the stiffness of the selected wrap on the product pages:
