Reebok Pump technology for individual stability
Reebok Pump technology lets you optimize the fit of your Reebok Legacy Lifter with individually inflatable air cushions, whether squats or deadlifts are on the agenda.
StableTPU combined with non-slip rubber outsole
The midsole and also the heel is made of TPU (thermoplastic material). TPU is characterized by its particular rigidity and durabilitiy and provides the necessary stabilization of the foot, especially in the heel area. The outsole is made of a lightly treaded, full-length rubber layer that keeps you firmly on the ground.
Maximum heel drop
The Legacy Lifter III weighs about 660 g, which is about 100 g heavier than its direct competitor on the market the Romaleos 4 from NIKE. However, with a heel height of about 2.2 cm, the Lifter from Reebok also offers a larger heel-to-toe drop, which can be helpful for squatting low, especially if you have poor ankle mobility.
Breathable with double closure system
The upper of the Reebok Legacy Lifter III is made of supple, breathable textile. The inside is lined with soft fabric to prevent chafing or blistering, especially around the Achilles.
The closure systems used are a classic lacing system and an overlying midfoot strap. Thus, the fit can be adjusted over the entire midfoot area and provide sufficient support. On the back is a rigid TPU heel cap that encloses the back of the foot and provides additional stabilization.
