Lass mich kurz erklären, warum Dich die Übungen Deiner Mobility Routine SCHWÄCHEN und was Du beim nächsten Training dagegen machen solltest.

Häufig wählen wir Übungen aus, die wir bei unseren Trainingspartnern, Freunden oder im Internet gesehen haben (selbstverständlich vom Moving Monkey Channel ? …)!

Per se machst Du also keine schlechten Übungen, aber die Übungsauswahl fußt auf dem Zufallsprinzip. Wenn Du Fortschritte bei Deiner Beweglichkeit sehen willst, können wir Zufälle im Training nicht gebrauchen.

Schauen wir uns kurz einmal Deinen Kraftttrainingplan an. Dieser ist mit unter Garantie bis ins letzte Detail durchstrukturiert und die Gewicht auf Basis Deines Leistungsstandes ausgewählt. Sprich dem ganzen stand eine Analyse Deines STATUS QUOS vorab. Im Mobility Training wird dann aber einfach 10 Minuten irgendetwas bewegt, bisschen gerollt und „ausgestretcht“. Kein Wunder, dass Du resultatlos bleibst! Hinzukommt, dass Du ohne Analyse Deines Bewegungsapparates nie Deine Schwächen aufdecken wirst, die Dir einiges an Kraft kosten.

Dysbalancen (in der Kraft UND der Beweglichkeit) sind ein verstärkender Faktor von potenziellen Verletzungen.

Wenn Du Deine Schwächen aufgedeckt hast, suche Dir einige Übungen auf dem Moving Monkey Channel (Tipp: gib z.B. „Wirbelsäule Moving Monkey“ bei Youtube ein ? ) und TESTE sie:

  1. Teste 2-3 Deiner Schwächen mit den oben genannten Tests
  2. Führe die ausgewählte Übung aus
  3. Teste ein 2. Mal

Bist Du besser geworden? —> Super, Du hast eine Übung gefunden, die Dir helfen wird
Bist Du schlechter geworden? —> Suche nach einer neuen Übung
Hat sich nichts verändert? —> Suche nach einer neuen Übung
