Loop fitness bands – ideal for functional training

The Loop resistance bands are made from a high-quality and flexible polyester-latex blend. This makes the bands resistant and elastic at the same time. The band set contains different resistance levels. This allows you to add variety to your functional training and increase the resistance (levels: light, medium, heavy) as required.

The Loop fitness bands can be used flexibly, fulfil a wide range of functions and are still very easy to use. It is used for muscle training, both isolated and across all muscles, and enables exercises for the whole body. Fitness bands can facilitate and improve mobilisation of the joints and stretching of the muscles, making training even more effective and maximising muscle building. The fitness band set is excellent, with almost unlimited applications in strength and coordination training. It offers training options for at home and in the gym.

The closed fitness band can be stretched around the arms as well as the legs to increase the resistance in various exercises. Many muscle groups can be specifically trained in this way. These include the shoulder, arm, back, leg and buttock muscles. The Loop Band can also be used for stretching exercises by stretching it under the feet and holding it with the hands while standing, sitting or lying down.
