SHIPPING

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

We ship on business days from Monday-Friday. We do not ship on weekends and public holidays. Orders received over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the following business day. If there is an increased order volume due to promotional days, processing after a weekend or holiday may take up to 3 business days.

DELIVERIES TO NON-EU COUNTRIES
We ship orders to countries outside the EU free of VAT. The tax is then due upon importation in the respective country. Furthermore, customs and import fees may apply, we do not cover the fees for customs clearance.

Given delivery times refer to the time until the shipment arrives in the destination country. The duration of customs clearance is not included in this period and may take some time depending on the destination country. Neither our shipping service providers nor we can influence how long your shipment will be in customs. Under certain circumstances, it can take up to several weeks until the package finally arrives at your home.

DELIVERY AUTHORIZATION WITH DHL By issuing a delivery authorization, you as the recipient assume liability for the parcel.

So, if you have chosen a permanent or one-time drop-off location/neighbor for dropping off your packages, unfortunately, we and the parcel service will not be able to continue to be responsible for them in the event of loss or damage.

Therefore, please make sure that your package will be safely and weatherproof at the drop-off location and/or your chosen neighbor will be at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

SHIPPING COST OVERVIEW AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

The shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the order. Shipping costs are calculated after selecting a shipping country in the shopping cart via the “Calculate shipping costs” button or after entering the delivery address in the checkout form. If you have a customer account with a saved delivery address, the calculation will be done automatically.

GYM EQUIPMENT: Shipping is ONLY available within Germany. The exact calculation of shipping costs for Gym Equipment is based on the order weight and is displayed in the shopping cart/at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Posters are rolled and delivered in a separate package.

We ship to all European countries and selected non-EU countries. Details can be found in the table above.

We ship on working days Monday – Friday. We do not ship on weekends and public holidays. Orders received over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the following business day. If there is an increased order volume due to promotional days, processing after a weekend or holiday may take up to 3 business days.

For orders outside the EU, customs and import fees will be charged once the package has arrived in the destination country.

We do not pay the fees for customs clearance.

The fees vary from country to country, please check with your local customs office in advance. While your package is being checked by customs, your package can be opened, unfortunately we have no influence on this.

Nevertheless, we do our best to prepare the customs forms in advance as well as possible and to list the value of the delivery and the items included according to product type.

As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. With the shipment number in it, you can track the progress of your shipment at any time.

You can also find the tracking in your customer account under the respective order number.

If you have ordered as a guest, you can retrieve the shipment number via the order statusform.

Why has my package still not been shipped?
We want to get your order on its way to you as soon as possible and usually ship it within 72 hours. Sometimes, however, due to holidays or increased order volume, some orders may not be ready for dispatch quite as quickly.

Can I change again when and where my package will be delivered?
Yes, you can! Our shipping partner always sends you an e-mail to announce the package. This allows you to specify your desired delivery location, such as access point, or change the delivery date. If the parcel carrier does not find you at home, you can use the tracking system to see whether your parcel was dropped off at a neighbor’s or a branch office.

I have been waiting for my parcel for some time. Please use the tracking link to check whether the parcel has been left with a neighbor. If it is not with a neighbor and the shipping status has not changed for 5 days, please contact our customer service, they will help you!

As soon as a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. With the shipment number in it, you can track the progress of your shipment at any time.

Standard shipping time, Germany: 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday)

Standard delivery time, Europe: 3-10 working days (Monday-Friday)

Standardv delivery time, rest of the world: 5-15 working days (Monday-Friday)

We cannot influence how long your shipment is in customs. Under certain circumstances, it can take up to several weeks until the package finally arrives at your home.

When you can expect to receive your package, you can also see when you complete your order under “Shipping”.

When does the delivery period begin?

In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery shall commence on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank or, in the case of other forms of payment, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and shall end with the expiry of the last day of the period.

If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a general holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall replace such day.

Under the menu item Addresses in your customer account, you can change your delivery and invoice addresses.

Did you already order, but would like to receive it at another address?
If your order is not yet packed, you can cancel it and reorder. Contact our customer service via the contact options below and ask them to cancel your order. Reorder again by using the correct address.

As soon as the package is handed over to one of our shipping service providers, you will receive a notification by e-mail from the respective shipping partner. You also have the option of selecting a desired delivery location such as a parcel shop or storage location.

You have moved and your package could not be delivered?
In this case it will be returned to us and you will be refunded the order amount within 14 days.

We are sorry if you’ve received a damaged package.

Are the ordered items undamaged?

If only the package has been damaged and you want to return something, you can simply use the packaging of your choice for the return shipment. Please fill out the enclosed return form completely and send your return:
