INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Shake briefly before use. Spray sparingly.
At the beginning: spray 1x daily. For 3-5 days.
After that: with normal use of sports equipment spray them every 3 days. For intensive use, spray 1-2 times briefly after each use. Store at room temperature.
