RETURN AND EXCHANGE

WE GUARANTEE YOUR ABSOLUTE SATISFACTION!

One or more items do not fit or you do not like it anymore? You ordered the wrong item by mistake and now you want to return it? However, if something does not fit 100%, you can return the goods to us in their original condition within 14* days. We will either refund the money or exchange the item for you.

*During Christmas time (01.12. – 31.12.) the return period is extended to 30 days.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Please note that we do NOT cover the cost of return shipping. Therefore, the package does not include a return label.
For orders within Germany, we reserve the right to charge shipping costs of € 6.99 retroactively, should the value of the goods of the order after deduction of the return fall below the minimum order value of € 25 for free shipping.

CURRENT PROCESSING TIME

The current processing time after receiving your return is 1 week. You will receive an email confirmation with further information as soon as we have processed the return.

GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
The item must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unaltered and unwashed) with labels and original packaging.

Please note that we do not offer a trial period for any of the products we sell. This means that you can try on the products like in a store to check the fit, but trying and testing under training conditions is not possible.

The return may be refused if it does not comply with the above points or if the original product or packaging has been damaged (cracks, inscriptions, adhesive residue or altered label) so that the product can no longer be offered for sale. We then reserve the right to retain part of the invoice amount.

RETURN OF FOOTWEAR
The original packaging must be in perfect condition. For the return shipment, the shoe box should be packed in an outer packaging designed for this purpose. It is best to use the same packing material that we used to ship your order.

Please make sure to try on the shoes with clean socks and on a protected surface to avoid dirtying the soles.

RETURN OF CLOTHING AND TRAINING EQUIPMENT
When returning clothing items such as T-shirts, pants, leggings, etc., and training equipment such as grips, lifting straps, wraps, etc., use the original packaging provided and pack them in a suitable outer packaging. It is best to use the same packaging material that we used to ship your order.

Any labels must not be removed from the product, this is especially true for hygiene items such as socks. These are excluded from return after removing the label.

MORE INFO ABOUT RETURNS

The return costs in the case of a revocation or exchange you take over. We will pay the shipping costs for resending your exchange order.

Please make sure that your return shipment is sufficiently stamped.
We recommend the return as an insured package because only this way is your return is insured. If it gets lost on the way to us, you will be refunded the value of the goods. As a package you can track your shipment online with the help of the tracking ID. This way you can see exactly if and when your return has arrived at our warehouse.

Normally you will receive the appropriate return slip for your order with your package. However, if there is no return slip, you can still download it from your customer account as a pdf file. Simply select the corresponding order under My Orders and click on the link “Returns Form” under the order summary.

Did you order as a guest?

If you did not create a customer account during the order process, you will not be able to download your return slip afterward. In this case please contact our customer service quoting the order number.

You can return items to us within 14 days, even if you bought them in a sale. The important thing is that they are unworn. Please be careful not to remove attached labels.

You can cancel your order directly via the online cancellation form.

The order amount will be credited within 14 days after receipt of your return – always according to the payment method you chose when ordering.

It has not been confirmed that the return has arrived?
Don’t worry – we will only confirm the return by e-mail after we have checked it. This will take a few days. So if you see in the tracking system that your package has arrived, please give us up to 14 days.

Did you cancel?
If you have canceled your order or an item is not available in exceptional cases, we will refund the amount immediately.

This way the purchase amount is credited depending on the payment method:

Credit card (stripe): The amount will be credited back to the credit card account debited by us. You can see the chargeback on your next credit card statement. It may happen that the date of the chargeback on it coincides with the date of payment.

Pay in Advance: You will receive the credit on the bank account from which you transferred the money. It may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

SEPA Lastschrift: You will receive the credit to the bank account from which the purchase amount was collected. It may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

PayPal: The money will be credited to the PayPal account you use. Whether the amount is deposited to your PayPal account or returned to your bank account is up to you.

KLARNA: You will receive the credit on the bank account you have used for klarna. It may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

stripe (Giropay, iDeal, Multibanco, EPS, P24, Bancontact): You will receive the credit on the bank account you used for your stripe payment. It may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
